Product Overview
Clinical Corvus is a clinical workspace scoped to rounds, handoffs, and cited evidence — without dependency on deep EHR integration.
The system synthesizes fragmented patient data, supports rounds and handoffs, and generates plan drafts that the clinician reviews, edits, or discards. It is not an autonomous diagnosis system.
What you can do (day 1)
- Run faster rounds focused on context, deltas, and clinician-reviewed plan
- Draft I-PASS handoffs that the team can review quickly
- Turn copy/paste and PDFs into editable summaries and lists
- Ask for evidence and receive cited answers when appropriate, with explicit uncertainty when the base is weak
Current product boundary
The system operates within a limited beta contract:
| Category | What the system does | What the system does not do |
|---|---|---|
| Supported | Context synthesis, deltas, plan drafts | Autonomous diagnosis, treatment decisions |
| Warned | Questions with insufficient evidence | Answers without declared uncertainty |
| Blocked | — | Unrestricted autonomous advice, diagnosis finalization |
Clinician review is part of the normal flow, not an exception.

Safety and control
- Bounded support: the system knows what it cannot answer reliably
- Explicit uncertainty: when evidence is weak, the system states that
- Clinician-reviewed drafts: the final decision remains with the clinician
- Privacy by default: PHI stays in the backend by default
