Doctor Dashboard

The Doctor Dashboard is a modern, AI-augmented clinical workspace for organizing patient management.

Overview​

The dashboard provides two main modes:

  • Monitor Mode: Real-time surveillance and triage.
  • Plan Mode: Therapeutic planning, prescriptions, and documentation.

Both modes are accessible through a unified interface that prioritizes safety, privacy, and usability.

Dashboard Structure​

  • Group/unit selector.
  • Patient search and creation.
  • Monitor/Plan mode toggle.
  • System status indicator.

Patient Safety Header​

A persistent yellow banner visible when a patient is selected:

  • Patient identifiers (name/alias, age, sex, bed).
  • "Wrong Patient?" guard for quick switching.
  • Privacy Mode button to hide sensitive data.
  • Patient List: Patients from the selected context with alerts.
  • Group Navigation: Filter by units or all teams.

Main Workspace​

  • Monitor Mode: Data visualizations and group surveillance.
  • Plan Mode: Tools like the Plan Composer and Workbench.

Monitor Mode (Surveillance)​

Group Surveillance (No patient selected)​

  • Now Queue: Ranked list of pending items (alerts, rounding tasks, missing data).
  • Unit Analytics: Cards for high-acuity or deteriorating patients.

Patient 360° Monitor (Patient selected)​

A 2×2 grid for quick rounds:

  1. Synthesis: AI-assisted draft of the current picture.
  2. Deltas/Trends: Recent changes (last 24h) in vitals or labs.
  3. Alerts & Flags: Critical points and abnormal values.
  4. Plan Suggestions: Items for consideration (must be explicitly accepted).

Plan Mode (Planning)​

Shift Planning (No patient selected)​

  • Rounds Board: Structured grid for handoff across all patients.

Therapeutic Planning (Patient selected)​

  1. Plan Composer: Documentation gap highlighting and quick actions.
  2. Workbench: Step-by-step planning interface with AI drafts (Check-to-Accept) and note editor.

All AI-generated content is a draft. The clinician must review and explicitly accept any suggestion. The system does not make autonomous decisions.

Smart Clipboard (Dr. Corvus)​

Interface for clinical reasoning and data extraction:

  • Input: Free text or document upload.
  • Context Selectors: Choose between session context, active patient, or document.
  • Transparency: Responses with citations and confidence levels.
